Kris and Tim’s engagement session in Rocky Mountain National Park was nothing short of magical. The couple chose the perfect time of year, fall, to capture the stunning colors of the Aspen trees and the crisp mountain air. They started their session at Moraine Valley, where the golden aspens provided the perfect backdrop for their Colorado engagement photos.
Next, we headed to Upper Beaver Meadows! The couple was in their element as they laughed and played together, surrounded by the stunning peaks of the Rocky Mountains. An elk even showed up, making it an even more quintessential Colorado engagement photo experience.
My favorite part of their engagement session in RMNP was that they read poetry with each other while they snuggled in the meadow. I love when couples incorporate an experience into their engagement photos!

Since dogs aren’t allowed outside of parking areas in Rocky Mountain National Park, the couple also chose a mini engagement session with their two beloved dogs at Chautauqua Trail in Boulder. Kris, Tim and their two adorable pups played together as the sun set behind the Flatirons, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere that perfectly reflected their love and connection.
The couple was a natural in front of the camera, and it was clear that they have a deep love and respect for one another. Kris and Tim’s engagement photos perfectly capture the essence of their relationship and the natural beauty of Colorado.
