I have known Christian for over a year through the Hustle and Flow Alumni Facebook group, so when I had the opportunity to fly out to New York from Colorado to speak at their workshop I knew that I wanted to meet up with Christian and his partner to take some fun photos in a new part of the world! I’m not typically a New York Engagement Photographer, but having recently moved in to the city and being a photographer himself (check out his company Natura Collective) Christian knew all of the best places.
It may have been in the single digit temperatures and surely in the negatives with the wind chill, but it was still so worth it to take these DUMBO Brooklyn engagement photos! These two were my mannys, drinking buddies and dinner-mates during the entire trip and they showed me how to ride the Subway (which I surely would’ve gotten lost on if I attempted it on my own) and I’m so glad to have finally met them in person. I’m already working on planning my next trip out there!
