Estes Park Resort and the Marina Pavilion at Lake Estes were the perfect settings for Ally and Patrick’s intimate fall wedding in Estes Park, Colorado. The couple, their families and their wedding attendants got ready in the Estes Park resort cabins before their late morning ceremony at the lakeside pavilion. They were joined by an intimate group of family and friends for their destination wedding in Colorado!
After their wedding ceremony at the Lakeside Pavilion site at Estes Park resort and portraits with their families and wedding attendants, we went for a walk around Lake Estes (taking beautiful portraits along the way, of course). Then, the bride and groom held their wedding reception at the Marina Pavilion, adjacent to Estes Park resort and along the shore of Lake Estes. Their wedding reception was beautifully decorated. They even balloon arch behind their sweetheart table. They kicked things off with a shot of tequila, a first dance and spotlight dances with their parents. After their BBQ catered buffet, they cut their cake and spent the rest of the afternoon celebrating with their loved ones.
When a moment proves the point that your vibe attracts your tribe. I audibly gasped when I saw this baby pug walking by during their bride and groom portraits on the dock and Ally immediately ran over to snuggle the puppy in her wedding dress. Patrick was obviously beyond impressed, too. This is how you know you’ve found your people!
A quintessential Estes Park wedding moment is when you have wildlife wedding crashers! I’m glad we managed to get a photo with one from a safe distance right at the end of their event!
