3M Curve Elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park | Christina + Dan

Photographing Christina + Dan’s Colorado elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park was beyond special. These two actually met, as neighbors, when they were only 6 years old. They grew up together through elementary and middle school as friends, parted ways through high school and college and reunited in the future as adults. From there, they fell in love. The most important thing to them on their wedding day was that they were becoming husband and wife. They didn’t need the big party or the long list of traditions – they only needed each other.

Christina + Dan had their first look before exchanging their vows at 3M Curve with Rocky Mountain National Park as their beautiful backdrop. They tucked a bottle of wine away in a box to be shared on their first anniversary.  Even though it was late April, Colorado wasn’t ready to be done with Winter just yet so we had beautiful snow falling from the skies the entire time. After Christina + Dan said their I do’s we were able to adventure + explore through all of Rocky Mountain National Park and it was incredible. They actually cut their cake over-looking the iconic Alluvial fan and shared their first dance to Dan singing Christina a song while slow dancing in Upper Beaver Meadow.

This Colorado Elopement in Rocky Mountain National Park was perfect beyond words, and I am so lucky that I was able to document it all. Enjoy :).
